Return and Exchange Policy – Cavalla At Cavalla, we always strive to provide a satisfying shopping experience worthy of our customers' expectations. We offer you the possibility of exchange or return according to the following conditions: First: the time period • Exchange: within 4 days from the date of receiving the order. • Return: within 3 days from the date of receiving the order. Second: the general conditions • The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and wrapped with all original accessories and packaging. • The value of the discount will be deducted if the purchase was made using offers or discounts. Third: the request mechanism • All exchange or return requests are exclusively handled via customer service on WhatsApp. • After reviewing the request, the product pickup will be arranged from the customer through an approved shipping company. Fourth: the fees • A fixed fee of 30 riyals applies to all exchange or return operations for online orders if the order is through Redbox. • A fixed fee of 50 riyals applies to all exchange or return operations for online orders if the order is through Aramex. Additional notes • We do not have branches for customer service or product reception; all procedures are conducted remotely. • Exchange or return is not allowed for orders outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. • We reserve the right to refuse any request that does not meet the above conditions. • There are no refunds on discounted products.
